Our Company

Founded in 1989, Mayan Enterprises, Inc. assists private individuals and businesses securing loans, investments and financial services primarily related to real estate projects in the Greater Houston metropolitan area. Mayan is committed to providing our clients with the best financial and investment solutions according to their needs and requirements, along with professional and personalized services. Our customers are serviced by a great team of in-house professionals and outside advisors and partners, in areas such as financial and investment, foreign investment, legal, real estate, immigration, and related fields.

Mayan works closely with reputable investors and financial institutions who offer creative short-term and long-term loans, SBA lending and EB5 alternative financing. With our experience and knowledge, we have the capacity to orchestrate and facilitate creative solutions for most loan and investment requests. To the Company and its subsidiaries and affiliates, such as Mayan Financial Services (''MFS'') and Crown Point Developments LLC, are also involved in real estate development, construction, and other ancillary services.

Most of Mayan's customers, investors and clients are Mexican nationals, looking to invest and or take part in U.S. based business enterprises. In fact, the Company has taken part in over 75 foreign investor deals and has obtained more than US$50,000,000.00 in loans throughout its more than 32-year history and successful operations.

Our founder and President

J. Cadena is presently founder and President of Mayan Enterprises, Inc. and Crown Point Developments. Mayan Financial Services is a subsidiary of Mayan Enterprises, Inc. assisting many clients as a financial consultant in commercial lending, SBA lending, business banking and risk management. J. Cadena has over 35 years of banking experience, including Citibank and several financial institutions

In summary J. Cadena has strong lending and consulting experience as well as entrepreneurial and management skills in the areas of financial institutions. Particularly in commercial lending, SBA lending and business banking experience, risk management and consulting financial services for small business owners, private banking clients and local community leaders. Also, J. Cadena is an active real estate investor and business developer.

Also, J. Cadena was a founder and organizing director and Chief Operating Officer of Crown Point Regional Center, LLC, an EB5 Regional Center assisting foreign investors with their investments in Texas. This center was sold to Modern Land Group.

J. Cadena received a Master of Science degree in Industrial Engineering at the University of Massachusetts and BS Degree in Chemical Engineering at Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana in Medellin, Colombia.
